Sample #2 FHA-VA Water Test Report
This is what is usually required by your lender if buying or refinancing a home through FHA, VA or USDA Loan. It is rare that results come back a positive for bacteria. This one had to Shock aka chlorinate and flush to clear the bacteria from the well before we could retest. This does not include arsenic. We recommend adding arsenic testing since Michigan has high levels in well water. We have removed address/names etc for client confidentiality.

Sample #3 Standard Water Test Report
This standard report has many more contaminents it tests for in well water. Definitely is the better investment than the FHA or Bacteria only. Bacteria above plus: Calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, sodium, alkalinity, chloride, chlorine, color, conductivity, hardness, nitrate, odor, ph, sedment, tds, sulfate, turbidity, lead, arsenic, ammonia, nitrites. This one has the arsenic test within it. We have removed names/addresses for client confidentiality.

These sample water tests & reports are not as common, but, definitely will help you more than the average tests above to address any health concerns or be proactive to prevent illness & disease in the household. The higher the number the more contaminents tested.
